The silver residue you’re seeing is completely normal. It comes from an additional layer of cold finish galvanizing that Rocna applies over the standard hot-dip galvanizing.
This extra coating provides enhanced corrosion protection, ensuring full coverage across all parts of the anchor. Rocna is the only anchor manufacturer that applies this added layer, giving our anchors superior long-term durability.
There’s no need for concern—this residue is simply a byproduct of the protective process.
